Dövsan

1978

DÖVSAN was founded to carry out forging production in Kartal, Istanbul.

2001

The Establishment and Certification of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), which is the Recognition of Producing precision parts with Sustainable Quality, has been completed. The modern facility process was started with the Steel Forging Factory, with a capacity of 8,000 tons/year, in an area of 6,000 m² in Istanbul Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone.

2004

Software integration of production and management processes was achieved by switching to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in our business.

2005

A "Database in Production" started to be created with an integrated Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) System.

2006

Our ISO/TS 16949:2009 (16949:2016) Quality Management System Installation and Certification processes have been completed.

2007

The production of our 3 Point Linkage system and Hook Designs which are currently our patented products, has started with the commissioning of our Robot Welding Process.

2009

ISO 14001:2004 International Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Installation and Certification Processes have been completed.

2010

Establishment of a Test Unit to test the compliance of products produced within Dövsan with international standards

2017

Production started in the new factory building built specifically for our needs within the Istanbul Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone.

2021

Construction of a new factory has started in the Ferizli/Sakarya region.

2022

DÖVSAN, with its half-century of knowledge and experience, continues its way as one of the pioneers of the steel forging industry with its forging presses and production centers equipped with modern technologies built on a total area of 30,000 m² in Istanbul and Sakarya.
